These are decorative finished and natural edge bowls with smooth and traditional bases. Generally, they have some interesting characteristic that would otherwise make them unsuitable for a purely utilitarian purpose but are still quite beautiful. Each piece is finished with Danish oil and suitable for light utility such as display or holding fruit.
